Dr. Richard Mann is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in individual and family psychotherapy with adolescents (16 and up) and adults addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, as well as interpersonal difficulties, attentional/hyperactive symptoms, and various types of addictions, including alcohol and substance abuse. Dr. Mann’s background includes working in community mental health settings, inpatient psychiatric treatment, and working in private practice with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders. Dr. Mann addresses many common issues that emerge in our daily lives by supporting integration between the various parts of ourselves, including imbalances with productivity, motivation, and focus, social relationships, and various compulsive behaviors.
Dr. Mann employs an integrative approach to therapy, which primarily consists of parts work, somatic therapies, and the incorporation of cognitive-behavioral interventions. In addition to providing various modalities of therapy, Dr. Mann also has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessment for individuals of all ages, including testing for diagnosis and treatment planning, academic and employment accommodations, and providing assessments for the Department of Family and Protective Services.
Dr. Mann has provided psychotherapy and psychological assessment since 2010, and he received his doctorate in clinical psychology in 2016 from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. In addition to clinical services, Dr. Mann has provided consultation services to several Head Start programs on Chicago’s south side for over two years as a Mental Health Consultant, as well as providing group workshops related to improving self-care, productivity, and emotional wellness. Dr. Mann believes in a holistic approach to mental health, and he incorporates physical health and nutrition into the treatment process whenever it is appropriate. Dr. Mann currently is available for both virtual and office appointments. He is the most experienced member of our team, offering therapy since 2010 and serving as a clinical supervisor for Dr. Madison Perry for one year before they went into practice together at AHP.
Leila Hoodye is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Camille Guillaume, Ed.S., LPC-S, who provides individual (ages 12+), couples, and family therapy.
Her work focuses on supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Many clients appear high-functioning on the outside but internally struggle with overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and relationship challenges. Leila integrates attachment-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.
Leila brings humor and authenticity into her work and believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward their goals.Her approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth.
With experience in direct care supporting adults with IDD and working in high-stress business environments, there is a deep understanding of what it’s like to constantly pour into others while neglecting your own needs. This perspective fuels a passion for helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create more balance in their lives.

Madison Perry is a licensed clinical psychologist (TX 39073) and is recognized by the National Register as a Health Service Psychologist. She is in the process of becoming board certified in clinical psychology (ABPP). Dr. Perry started AHP in 2022 and owns the practice.
Dr. Perry specializes in integrative therapy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, IFS, and relational techniques. Dr. Perry completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. At Rutgers, Dr. Perry completed concentrations in pediatric psychology, child and adolescent psychology, family therapy, and multicultural therapy. Upon graduation, Dr. Perry completed comprehensive training in gerontology (specifically working with the elderly and the cognitively impacted).
Dr. Perry is dedicated to providing high quality, evidence based, culturally-attuned services to people from all backgrounds. Dr. Perry takes a holistic approach to psychological services by utilizing a dynamic whole-person approach to assessment and intervention. She actively works toward creating a more just, human-focused community by questioning the medical model, meeting clients where they are at, and doing what works for people. She works closely with psychiatry, primary care, and rehabilitation therapies to ensure that patient care is efficient and effective. Dr. Perry is an expert in treating presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship issues, and low self-esteem, among others. Dr. Perry is certified as an animal-assisted therapy provider which is useful for therapy to address trauma, relationship issues, ADHD, and other presenting concerns.

On the weekends, Dr. Perry enjoys bonding with her dog Nellie and her two cats, Kitty and Coco. She is also an avid reader and recharges by spending time outdoors. One of Dr. Perry’s interests is self-expression through personal style (e.g. clothing, home design).
Jordan Levine, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist (TX License No. 38828) specializing in working with ages 12 and up. Dr. Levine specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. He particularly enjoys helping those who are struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders such as GAD or social anxiety. He is also highly skilled at treating body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g. skin picking, Trichotillomania). Before becoming a psychologist, he worked with neurodivergent students in the education system. Dr. Levine takes a creative and flexible approach to treatment, collaborating with clients to create tailored objectives and therapy plans. Dr. Levine completed his doctorate at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. At Rutgers, Dr. Levine completed a concentration in school psychology. Dr. Levine is humorous, compassionate, and committed to helping you achieve your goals. On the weekends, Dr. Levine enjoys watching sports, hiking with his dog, seeing live music, and listening to podcasts.
Alyssa Soto has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated from UT Austin in May 2025 and joined AHP as an intern shortly after. Alyssa has amazing customer service skills and a passion for child and family mental health services. During her time off, Alyssa enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends.
